Frequently Asked Questions

We are an extension of Chez Michel French Market. Our cakes are crafted and picked up in our Avon bakery.

Call in or stop by! 

We ask that you order your cakes a week prior to pick up for both feature and custom cakes. However, weekends may fill up so we recommend ordering your cakes as soon as you can.  For wedding cakes we require at least a four week notice.

If you were hoping for a licensed character on your cake such as a disney princess or cartoon character we would be happy to create a coordinating theme or background, however the figurine or topper must be supplied by the you. 

We recommend keeping your cake in the fridge for as long as possible. We know that you want to display your pretty cakes but some ingredients may be likely to melt in warmer settings. You may remove your cake from the fridge an hour before your party. Please keep your cake inside even when celebrating outside!

We do not deliver. Any cakes or cupcakes must be picked up from Chez Michel in Avon before or on the day of your event.
