About Us

Hi, I'm Evangeline! Ever since my first easy bake oven I've loved making things that taste amazing and look gorgeous.  Naturally, my first job was at a bakery. Bright and early at Chez Michel we use small batch craft to make our cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins and of course our various flavors of buttery croissants. I'm always asked to bring the deserts to family gatherings. Aunts and uncles would request gender reveal cakes and friends would request birthday cakes and cupcakes. Soon enough I was consumed with testing recipes and decorating cakes and cupcakes.  I was thrilled when Jessica Jackson, the owner of Chez Michel brought my custom cakes to the menu. I'm proud to let everyone know we will offer our feature cakes, the selection will allow you to find the perfect cake for any occasion- birthdays, graduations, holidays baby showers and so much more. If you're looking for something truly unique you can work with me to design a completely custom cake. Our passion is to handcraft cakes that are special to each and every customer!
